Should I wash my hair before my hair appointment?
Yes, If there, is a build up of product that was used prior to appointment such as, temporary root coverage or large amounts of styling products. Also, if you are not a frequent hair washer, your hair will need to be cleansed and dried before your appointment.
How long will my appointment take?
Appointment times vary depending on the service being done. If you are having a colour service done, generally the approximate time to complete that service is 3 hours. Sometimes, during services circumstances can change the duration. If you are unsure about how long your appointment will take, you can reach out to us and we can answer any questions you have. We always say, when in doubt, bring snacks!
How early should I show up to my appointment?
We recommend you arrive, 10-15 minutes early for an appointment. We can serve a beverage to you, you can use the restroom and get comfortable before your service. Try to refrain from showing up late to an appointment. Any late arrivals, affects all future services that day for your stylist.
What happens when you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notification?
A service that is cancelled without 24 hour notice will be charged, a cancellation fee. The fee is to be paid before any future services are booked. No show appointments will require the same fee to reschedule your appointment as well. Without adequate notice, your stylist may not be be able to fill that appointment time slot. Please be respectful of our schedule.
What payment types are accepted at B&B Hair?
We accept debit, all major credit cards, and cash. If using American Express a processing fee will be added to your transaction. We do not accept E-transfer as a form of payment.
